Google Music 3.0 APK

A leaked version of music 3.0 is going around on the internet. You can download the APK here. It should work with most phones but I can confirm it works on Droid 1 running Android 2.3.

You will notice a new UI with some new bells and whistles similar to the honeycomb music app. Also, in the settings page you can see that the app has the potential to stream to via a google account (the option is disabled). Hopefully in the real release of the app the functionality will be enabled and a cloud based google music feature will be live. Screenshots are below...
